Set 1 introduces sounds gradually at CVC level with one line of text on each page, Set 2 introduces adjacent consonants and consonant digraphs and Set 3 introduces two spellings for vowel sounds. The Extras set runs parallel to Set 1 and provides crucial further practice for the sounds of the alphabet at CVC level text.
