The Student Book has 52 experiments arranged by units: Water, Air, Light, Sound, Gravity, and Magnets. Activities vary from two to ten steps, each beginning with a materials list and ending with a two-choice observation. Materials, steps, and observations are all illustrated with clear, concise, and easy-to-“read” photos. Pages are laminated for durability.
The Instructor’s Guide features a lesson plan for each experiment with a description of prerequisite skills, materials needed, teaching tips, and expected results. Each experiment is rated as beginning, intermediate, or advanced for fine motor and cognitive skills. This rating helps you assign experiments to students. The guide also includes a PDF file of the Student Book with a Classroom License for printouts.
